DIY Essential Oil Muscle Relief
Hey guys, I’m back with another great use for those essential oils you have laying around! This DIY Essential Oil Muscle Relief is perfect for sore muscles after a work out! This muscle relief blend is also great to use during that time of the month! It only requires 4 ingredients, including the carrier oil.
Anytime you use essential oils on your skin, you should dilute with a carrier oil such as Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil or Fractionated Coconut Oil (coconut oil in liquid form). There are other oils you could use but those mentioned are my favorite to use.
There are so many other benefits of the oils above but I chose to stick to the benefits pertaining to this DIY Essential Oil Muscle Relief.
