I ABSOLUTELY looove Christmas! This is my favorite time of year and my favorite Holiday! Everything about Christmas is so magical and so innocent, everyone is in a great mood and in the Holiday spirit!
So, with that said, I will be posting a new craft or recipe each day for a Countdown to Christmas! I couldn’t think of a better idea than to start with an extremely simple craft that uses supplies found from Michael’s and Target’s Dollar Section!
I found these Wood Dear Head stickers in the dollar section at Target, they were $3 for 4 stickers, when I first saw them I couldn’t figure out what to do with them so I figured I would buy them and figure it out later! The canvas was from Michael’s that I purchased over the summer on clearance for about $2.
I know they were stickers but I could not get the paper off for the life of me! So I just used my trusty hot glue gun and layered on the glue! The canvas was very deep so you can see below I had to press and hold the sticker for a couple of minutes, I also wanted to make sure the sticker really stuck on well because this is going on the wall.
I really like the way this turned out, it’s very simple but also rustic, sometimes simplicity is the best!
