Today we will be talking about Shoprite’s coupon policy, each Shoprite is independently owned so please make sure to check your stores coupon policy before you go there. You can either check online by clicking store locator, enter your zip code, then select the store you want to see the policy for, or you can go to customer service and ask for a copy of their coupon policy. Most Shoprites are the same with their coupon policy, so I am gonna post my Shoprite’s policy. My favorite thing about couponing at grocery stores is their doubling policy, pharmacies and big box stores do not double coupons. For more about doubling coupons please click here to read about that: Doubling Coupons.
Shoprite also has electronic coupons (e-coupons), on their website for you to download onto your card. The first thing you need is a Shoprite card (Price Plus Club card) then you take that card and register it online on Shoprites’ website, easy enough! After your card is registered, click digital coupons and start clicking away to add coupons! There is a limit of 68 coupons per card, and the only way to remove those coupons is to use the coupons, there is currently no option to remove the downloaded coupons. Once you go to the store all you have to do is hand the cashier your card and your coupons will automatically be applied to your transaction.
Shoprite accepts manufacturer coupons, store coupons, internet coupons and electronic coupons loaded onto your Price Plus Club card
Shoprite reserves the right to limit the number of coupons customers use if management feels the number of coupons is excessive
Most Shoprite stores will double manufacturer coupons up to .99, even if the coupon states do not double, any coupon over that amount will be redeemed at face value
Shoprite coupons can be stacked with manufacturer coupons
Shoprite will not accept competitors’ coupons
Shoprite accepts internet coupons that are legible with a valid remit address and a barcode that scans, the store reserves the right to refuse a coupon for a “free” product, “buy one, get one free” offers and coupons with a high face-value in relation to the price of the item
Shoprite reserves the right to limit coupon to 4 like coupons per household per day.
